What All That Extra Traffic Can Do For You...

Traffic is an incredible commodity. It’s priceless!

It’s also probably the most important and the most downright frustrating part of online marketing… with it you can sell products and services to an interested market… without it you flounder like a listless raft in the middle of the Pacific ocean - you go nowhere!

What really counts, is targeted traffic.

Once you have traffic you can turn it into a powerful profit-producing machine. It'll make marketing your products and services seem almost effortless - you'll know exactly how and who to promote your products to… you'll be able to beat every other Internet marketer out there at their own game without having to resort to shady programs or having to compete to be noticed and …

You'll Be Able To Create Your Own Internet "Cash Machine" Allowing You To Achieve All The Goals You've Set And Enjoy The Freedom And Lifestyle You Want!

Your website or product's profitability and success is directly dependent on how much traffic, targeted traffic, you get.

If you don't get any (or few) visitors then it's practically impossible to grow your business and see a profit. But get 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 (or more) visitors a day, week or month and you'll begin to see a "snowballing" effect that'll let you generate cashflow and begin to build the structure for the life you've always wanted.

Unfortunately, generating traffic from the search engines is probably one of the biggest frustrations most net marketers have… it's sort of like a dog trying to chase his own tail, you go round and round and round but eventually end up in the same place you began, loopy from the dizzying whirl!

Few of the methods being thrown about online work, others are a complete waste of time and money.

Government Targets American Bloggers
As Enemy Propagandists

Military, Homeland Security, Bush White House strategy sharpen knives against anyone critical of the "war on terror"

Paul Joseph Watson/Prison Planet.com October 17 2006

Recent scientific polls that show around 84% don't believe the government's explanation behind 9/11 and others confirming the fact that support for the war in Iraq is at an all time low have led the Bush administration to sharpen their knives against the new breed of perceived "enemy propagandists, " bloggers, journalists and online activists who dissent against the "war on terror."

As Raw Story reports, CENTCOM announced earlier this year that a team of employees would be "[engaging] bloggers who are posting inaccurate or untrue information, as well as bloggers who are posting incomplete information. "

So when you're wasting your time arguing the finer points of the collapse of Building 7 or the quagmire in Iraq with someone who seems unable to grasp basic principles, your foe could well be sat behind a plush U.S. government desk in a uniform.

CENTCOM is infiltrating blogs and message boards to ensure people, "have the opportunity to read positive stories,"presumably about how Iraq is a wonderful liberated democracy and the war on terror really is about protecting Americans.

The CENTCOM website features a useful section, "What Extremists Are Saying," which provides a full catalogue and showcases the diatribes of US government agents Abu Mus’ab al-Zarqawi, Ayman al-Zawahiri and their sympathizers - rhetoric that CENTCOM hopes surfers will seek out in order for them to grasp a true understanding for the necessity of bombing the shit out of another broken backed defenseless country in the name of "freedom."

The jaw-dropping hypocrisy of a regime and its military attack arm that has engaged in the most gargantuan of deceit and propaganda purges against the American people then pointing the finger at inquisitive bloggers for "aiding the enemy," is alarming to behold.

President George W. Bush looks up as he signs the Military Commissions Act of 2006 in the East Room of the White House in Washington. The bill effectively nullifies nine of the first ten amendments to the U.S. constitution and ends the "great experiment" known as The United States of America.

The White House has made it perfectly clear that it will target American citizens for propagating information harmful to the interests of the U.S. government and classify them as enemy combatants. This is codified in sub-section 27 of section 950v. of the Military Commissions Act of 2006.

Bush's own strategy document for "winning the war on terror" identifies "conspiracy theorists," meaning anyone who exposes government corruption and lies about major domestic and world events, as "terrorists recruiters," and vows to eliminate their influence in society.

In a speech given Monday, Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff identified the web as a "terror training camp," through which "disaffected people living in the United States" are developing "radical ideologies and potentially violent skills."

Chertoff has pledged to dispatch Homeland Security agents to local police departments in order to aid in the apprehension of domestic terrorists who use the Internet as a political tool.

How long before influential online writers, bloggers and journalists like Greg Palast, who was charged with aiding the terrorists when filming "critical U.S. infrastructure, " are arbitrarily gunned down on the street like in Russia or the newly "free" Iraq?

The Bush administration' s media mouthpieces have also been mobilized to stereotype any kind of critical thinking as "giving aid and comfort to the enemy," a recent case in point beingFox News' Bill O'Reilly calling for the FBI to investigate the 9/11 Scholars organization for possible ties to terrorist organizations.

Will we witness a "night of the long knives" to silence any and all dissent as the official dictatorship is announced or does the chilling effect of simply threatening to treat bloggers and journalists as terrorists go far enough to intimidate enough people to keep their mouths shut?

A combination of this chilling effect and moves to license websites, impose "hate speech" restrictions and kill off the old internet in favor of a government regulated, China-style "Internet 2" are the tools in the arsenal of the neo-fascists who wish to continue their domestic and imperial bloodletting under the mandated consensus of total obedience.

Europe Moves to Kill the Internet

New EU rules would prevent uploading
video without a license

Steve Watson / Infowars.net October 17 2006

The latest move to kill off online freedom and the spread of information comes in the form of proposed EU legislation that would prevent users from uploading any form of video, whether that be a hard hitting political documentary film or your friends goofing around with diet coke and Mentos.

A proposed EU directive could extend broadcasting regulations to the internet, hitting popular video-sharing websites such as YouTube., reports the London Times. This would mean that websites and mobile phone services that feature video images would have to conform to standards laid down in Brussels.

Personal websites would have to be licensed as a “television-like service”. Once again the reasoning behind such legislation is said to be in order to set minimum standards on areas such as hate speech and the protection of children.

In reality this directive would do nothing to protect children or prevent hate speech - unless you judge protecting children to be denying them access to anything that is not government regulated or you assume hate speech to be the criticism of government actions and policy.

Whilst it may not seem a great loss to some people that there would be no more home videos of "Girls snogging for fun" or "Bad Bus Driver", under such rules it would also be illegal throughout the entirety of Europe to upload and spread informative documentary films such as Alex Jones' Terror Storm, important activist tools which seek to expose the fraud behind the war on terror.

It is safe to say that without the freedom of the internet grass roots activism could never evolve into huge ideologies such as the 9/11 truth movement, which has exploded into one of the most powerful and important movements of modern times thanks to the ease with which the information can be disseminated through the web.

We have previously highlighted the trouble we have had with censorship from Google Video who reset viewing totals for Terror Storm from hundreds of thousands of views on several different video versions back down to zero for each one. This seemingly stalled the viral spread of the film for a while.

However, the proposed EU legislation dwarfs any Google censorship as it would kill off Google Video/You Tube as a project before it had even started.

The latest proposed directive is another in a long line of draconian legislative procedures that seek to totally centralize and regulate the spread of information and ideas. Anyone in Europe can already be arrested and possibly extradited under the European arrest warrant, which passed into law in 2002. This supercedes national law and means that anyone could be arrested for expressing an opinion deemed to be illegal in another EU country.

The BBC reported that under such laws people who distribute stories about fictional children's hero Biggles or the Old Testament could be criminalized under the guise of anti-racism legislation.

Such laws in turn require implementation and upholding, therefore increasing the need for broad data retention, which had previously come up against opposition as part of anti-terror legislation, but has not faced as much backlash under anti-racist or child protection laws.

This means surveillance on a massive and coordinated centralized scale.

The EU data retention bill, passed in February after much controversy and with implementation tabled for late 2007, obliges telephone operators and internet service providers to store information on who called who and who emailed who for at least six months. Under this law, investigators in any EU country, and most bizarrely even in the US, can access EU citizens' data on phone calls, sms', emails and instant messaging services.

Such EU directives mirror US proposals for data retention, the reasoning for which as either a standalone measure or as an amendment to a broad telecommunications bill, is that it is designed to protect children.

This may mean that any normal website or blog would have to fall into line with such new rules and suddenly total web regulation would become a reality.

We are being led to believe that a vast army of maniac pedophiles are on the loose and we must do away with all forms of privacy in order to stop them. This is akin to saying that blanket cctv prevents crime. As if to say "if we film everyone all the time, even innocent people, then no one will ever commit any crimes."

Increasingly we are seeing this in every aspect of our lives. Recording, tracking and retaining our data in the name of keeping us all safe. Everyone is now treated as guilty until proven innocent.

The attack on internet freedom is forging ahead every day. Monday saw Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff declare the internet as a "terror training camp" that attracts Disaffected people. His solution is "intelligence fusion centers," staffed by Homeland Security personnel which will go into operation next year.

The US government is also funding research into social networking sites and how to gather and store personal data published on them, according to the New Scientist magazine.

"At the same time, US lawmakers are attempting to force the social networking sites themselves to control the amount and kind of information that people, particularly children, can put on the sites."

Both American and European moves mimic stories we hear every week out of State Controlled Communist China, where the internet is strictly regulated and virtually exists as its own entity away from the rest of the web.

We have also previously exposed how moves are afoot to clamp down on internet neutrality and even to designate a new form of the internet known as Internet 2.

This would be a faster, more streamlined elite equivalent of the internet available to users who were willing to pay more for a much improved service. providers may only allow streaming audio and video on your websites if you were eligible for Internet 2.
Of course, Internet 2 would be greatly regulated and only "appropriate content" would be accepted by an FCC or government bureau. Everything else would be relegated to the "slow lane" internet, the junkyard as it were. Our techie rulers are all too keen to make us believe that the internet as we know it is "already dead".

The Internet is freedom's best friend and the bane of control freaks. Its eradication is one of the short term goals of those that seek to centralize power and subjugate their populations under a surveillance panopticon prison, whether that be in Communist China, Neo-communist America or the Communist-style EU.

Using Autoresponders

Using Autoresponders To Multiply
Marketing Power& Save Time!

One of the best ways to cultivate new business and save
hours of time is to use an autoresponder. An autoresponder
gives you the ability to follow-up *automatically* on the
email addresses you capture. Instead of wasting hours
following up manually, you can let your autoresponder follow
up while you do the things that you do best -- build your
business...putter in the garden...chase your kids around the
house...catch up on your power-napping.

If you have an autoresponder, today`s lesson will show you
how to make it super-effective. If you don`t have an
autoresponder, Empowerism is the place to go.

(As so many of our subscribers already know, Empowerism is
truly dedicated to providing an ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION to the
challenges of selling on the Internet. I hope you`ll visit
our site and let us "show you around" Empowerism and the
exciting RSVP -- the NEW way to buy leads.)

An autoresponder gives you the ability to send messages
effortlessly for months on end. So if you captured an email
address six months ago, your autoresponder can repeatedly
contact that person to offer your product or service.

WASH-RINSE-REPEAT

Repeat contact is a concept that top marketers first used
effectively in the offline world. When you conduct a direct
mail campaign, you send out message after message until it`s
no longer cost-effective. This strategy yields a much higher
response rate than with a one-shot mailing (typically just
1% or less).

-From the Research Labs: Research shows that, on average, A
PROSPECT MUST BE CONTACTED SEVEN TIMES before you
have any real chance at closing a sale.

BE IN THE TOP 10

If you apply this strategy to your Internet marketing
campaigns, you`ll have a real edge over the competition.
Remember: 90% of businesses do not follow-up with
prospects!

TECHIQUE #1 - THE "KILL OVERKILL" TECHNIQUE

You don`t want an email-inbox crammed with ads and sales
letters, and neither does anyone else. Don`t send out sales
letter after sales letter. Your messages will become an
annoyance and the recipient will either unsubscribe or just
delete the messages whenever they arrive.

By sending a series of sales letters SPACED APART BY 2-4
DAYS, you`ll keep your prospect aware of your business and
develop credibility over time without being a pest.

TECHNIQUE #2 - THE "MY GIFT TO YOU" TECHNIQUE

Send freebies such as ebooks, info reports, newsletters,
software, or even product samples. Many marketers use this
approach by offering a newsletter.

-Sneaky Salesmanship: Within the newsletter you have an
excellent opportunity to plug your product with a few lines
of irresistible copy.

With the soft sell approach, you can contact your prospect
once or even twice a week with "valuable information" --
which coincidentally mentions your product or service --
without seeming like you`re over-selling. If you`re a
vacuum cleaner distributor, for example, send a newsletter
on allergies and dust mites, for example.

TECHNIQUE #3 - THEY`LL LEARN/YOU`LL EARN TECHNIQUE

Give away a valuable training course via email that has
special appeal to your recipients! You can create a simple
3-day, 5-day, 7 day, or even longer course. And at the end
of some of the course lessons you can add a few lines of
copy plugging your product or service.

This, too, is a soft sell approach.

TECHNIQUE #4 - COMBO PLATTER TECHNIQUE

Use a variation of the hard sell, soft sell approach.
Simply alternate your messages. A balance of 40% hard-sell
and 60% soft-sell is generally about right.

That wraps up today`s lesson. Earlier I promised you a
"crash course" in creating the perfect email message. Keep
your eye on the horizon for: 8 Steps to Irresistible Copy
EVERY Time."

Dotcomology

Do you have what it takes to be an e-entrepreneur?
Copyright © Stone Evans, The Home Biz Guy
Author of "Dotcomology - The Science of Making Money Online"

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.

I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

Welcome and Intro

Tuesday 22 August 2006

Welcome Friend,

My name is Richard, and I would like to welcome you to what will be a most interesting blog (you will see this once some articles are posted here. There will be blogs that you will not see at other sites, as I tell it like it is on business and what's going around on the Internet.

Now, what is the blog about?

This is the blog page of YourInternetBusinessReview page, found at:

http://www.yourinternetbusinessreview.com/

The purpose of this blog site is to give you weekly (or more often) thoughts and tips of what’s happening on the Internet. Most of it will be business oriented but there will be thoughts on other subjects, such as:

Crazy things going on in the news (especially as they affect you, your family and finances)
Computer tips, as they come to my mind
Interesting web sites that hopefully you’ll find interesting, too
Health topics
and other postings that are useful to your everyday life

However, most of what you see here will be of business, internet and computer topics

Since the purpose of a blog is to post small items, I will keep it at that. And if there is to be a continuation of the article or more in depth review, you’ll be referred to:

http://www.yourinternetbusinessreview.com/

Why don’t you check out YourInternetBusinessReview now while you are at it. If you don’t have the time, just go there and bookmark the site. As of this date we are still in the development stage of it, but there is enough there now to put online. What will be added to
YourInternetBusinessReview very shortly is free useful content for your consideration.
